Residential Aide Jobs in Lodi, CA at Compassion Residio Services Inc
We are an emerging nonprofit organization in San Joaquin county. We are here to serve geriatric population referred by the Social Workers to our interim (temporary/emergency) housing program. We are looking for the right person, who will grow with us. The right individual will receive fair compensation (depending on qualification), full medical benefits and 401K

- Current and valid driver’s license or State ID (required)
- Pass background check (required)
- Pass medical health test (required)
- Pass legal requirement for employment in US (required)
- Previous experience in home health (a plus)
- CNA, HHA, IHSS certification (a plus)
- Food handler’s permit (or willingness to secure one)
- Physical requirements include ability to bend, squat, lift (at least 25 lbs.), climb stairs, and walk with steady gait.
- Must be willing to take and pass drug testing and BAC analysis.
- Able to work independently
The right individual will be responsible for
- Provide clients minimal assistance (prompting, set-up, monitoring) to clients as they perform activities of daily living.
- Address clients’ needs in respectful and timely manner.
- Lead daily activities
- Report to Program administrator.
- Light household work that may include cooking, cleaning and laundry
- Assist in other areas as necessary.
- Stay awake and alert at all times (to include NOC shift)
Hourly wage is DOE
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
