Responsibilities
Provide personal care and assistance to individuals with developmental disabilities in their home or community settings.
Support clients with daily living activities, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and meal preparation.
Administer medications as prescribed and ensure proper documentation of medication administration.
Assist with mobility and transportation needs, ensuring safety at all times.
Implement individualized care plans tailored to each client’s unique needs and preferences.
Engage clients in meaningful activities that promote social interaction and cognitive stimulation, particularly for those in memory care.
Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients, adhering to health and safety regulations.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Expected hours: 4 – 40 per week
