What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Greet and assist members and guests in a friendly and professional manner
Answer phone calls and direct messages, providing accurate information and support
Process membership registrations, payments, and handle customer inquiries
Assist with outbound calls when not managing incoming calls
Participate in training and professional development opportunities
What Is Required (Qualifications)
High School Diploma; Associate Degree in Business or related area is a plus
Minimum of one year of experience in customer service and/or sales
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent customer service abilities and attention to detail
Computer literacy in Microsoft Office; knowledge of Active-net and Camp Brain Software is a plus
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Bilingual ability (Spanish/English) preferred
Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
Experience in a nonprofit or community service environment
Demonstrated ability to handle emergency situations calmly and professionally
Strong organizational skills and ability to work with minimal supervision
