This is based out of the remote support service center in Xenia
The Hours for the position are
Thursday, Friday,Saturday,Sunday,Monday 3pm-11pm

What else does an RSP get to do?
Ensure health, safety, and personal needs are being met for all individuals receiving Remote Support Services.
Respond to Client inquiries and requests and resolve Client issues in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner.
Thoroughly document the resolution, write reports, and ensure the accuracy of necessary documentation, as needed.
Maintain the integrity and security of all monitoring systems and report any system malfunctions immediately.
Provide constant monitoring of the Remote Monitoring system and provide support by informing the supervisor, Program Coordinators / Program Directors of any areas of concern.
What do we need from you?
You need to be 18
Have a High School Diploma, GED, College Degree, or transcripts of any of these.
Have a working knowledge of Word, Excel, and other related computer programs.

10 hour shift
8 hour shift
Weekends as needed

Are you able to follow state and federal regulations that guide what you can and cannot do during a remote support shift?
Can you effectively communicate and build rapport with individuals from diverse backgrounds, ethnicities, and cultures?
Are you capable of working as part of a close-knit remote team, and are you willing to support your colleagues, especially during challenging situations?
Do you have the sensitivity and empathy required to support clients remotely, especially when they are distressed, confused, or in need of extra attention?
Are you committed to maintaining and developing your skills by attending all necessary training sessions?
Are you prepared to work varying shifts, including 2nd and 3rd shifts, weekends, and holidays?
Can you be relied upon to consistently be on time for your shifts, and do others see you as dependable?
Are you able to follow a structured routine, understanding that you may have to perform the same tasks at the same time each day, but also remain flexible enough to adjust to unexpected changes?

High school or equivalent (Required)
