Dream Support is a boutique remote Executive Assistant agency, and we’re growing! We’re looking to add talented, proactive Executive Assistants to our contractor team. If you’re a detail-oriented, tech-savvy professional who thrives supporting visionary leaders, we’d love to hear from you!
About the Role
As a Remote Executive Assistant, you’ll provide high-level administrative support to our clients—many of whom are faith-based Christian leaders in churches, nonprofits, and mission-driven organizations. They need a strategic partner to help them stay organized, communicate effectively, and maximize their leadership impact.
Here are just a few of the current clients we’re matching with Executive Assistants:
The founder and executive director of a church planting organization needs someone with knowledge of the church planting process (~5 hrs/wk).
The principal and founder of a political organization with a Catholic background needs someone with K-12 education/political experience (~30 hrs/wk).
The founder of a mental health-focused app needs someone with VC funding/pitching experience (~5 hrs/wk).
A Christian speaker, author, coach, and therapist needs someone with sales experience (~10 hrs/wk).

What You’ll Be Doing (Responsibilities May Include)
Managing and optimizing calendars & schedules across multiple time zones
Providing email & phone support, responding promptly and professionally
Coordinating meetings & travel (domestic and international)
Tracking projects and workflows to keep everything on time and on track
Organizing and maintaining confidential documents & records
Preparing presentations, handouts, and key communications
Handling light bookkeeping, invoices, and budget tracking
Partnering with executives on key communication & strategic planning
Who We’re Looking For (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent experience)
Recent administrative experience supporting senior executives
Excellent written & verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail, organization, & problem-solving skills
Ability to anticipate needs & take initiative without constant supervision
Comfortable with Google Workspace, HubSpot, Calendly, DocuSign, & other tools
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion & professionalism17
Fluent English speaker
Bonus: Experience supporting faith-based or nonprofit leaders
Compensation & Work Structure
Part-time, 1099 contractor role (5-30 hours/week)
Pay range: $17-$20/hr
