Job Overview
We’re seeking an experienced and inspiring Principal Coach to support K–12 school leaders across East Tennessee. This contract role includes delivering group professional development and individual coaching to principals focused on instructional leadership, culture, and continuous improvement.
Ideal candidates will have:
A track record as a successful principal
Experience coaching or mentoring other leaders
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Availability to travel regionally within East TN
Compensation negotiable based on experience
Flexible schedule

Responsibilities
Mentor and coach school leaders to enhance their management and leadership skills.
Develop and implement effective educational strategies and curricula.
Conduct workshops and training sessions to improve teaching practices and student engagement.
Provide guidance on strategic planning initiatives to support school goals.
Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Pay: $350.00 – $420.00 per day
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
