Location: Genf
Hdcentre is seeking a Regional Director for Africa to lead and inspire a dedicated team towards preventing and resolving conflicts in sub-Saharan Africa. The role includes strategic leadership, organisational restructuring, and relationship building with key stakeholders.
The ideal candidate must possess at least 15 years of experience in the INGO/non-profit sector, combined with diplomatic skills and a deep knowledge of Africa, while being fluent in both French and English.
This position is based in Africa, with frequent travel expected and a reporting line to the Executive Director.
