What You’ll Own

As Regional Director, you’ll serve as the senior financial lead in emerging markets, guiding internal teams and clients alike. You’ll train high-performing teams, drive best practices, shape strategy, and help bring powerful educational missions to life through operational excellence.

Your Impact Will Include:

Leading and mentoring multi-disciplinary teams delivering financial, compliance, and operational services

Scaling and optimizing service delivery in new territories

Guiding clients as a trusted financial advisor (think outsourced CFO with a mission)

Supporting business development with your subject-matter expertise

Representing the organization at conferences and industry events

Collaborating with C-level leaders to refine tools, systems, and strategy

Building long-term, trust-based relationships with charter school leaders and nonprofit executives

Keeping your finger on the pulse of public education funding and finance trends

You Bring:

10+ years in finance/accounting, with leadership experience

5+ years in charter school finance and operations (non-negotiable)

Nonprofit finance experience and/or background at a professional services firm (CPA firms = a big plus)

Strong coaching, mentoring, and people leadership skills

CPA highly preferred (but we’ll consider equivalent experience)

A degree in Accounting or Finance (Master’s is a bonus)

Proven ability to inspire remote teams and drive results across regions

Compensation & Perks:

$135K–$175K base + annual bonus + quarterly bonus (up to $50K/year)
