We’re scaling our Giving Leadership Councils nationwide, and we need a dynamic, people-driven leader to spearhead volunteer recruitment and council operations.

What You’ll Do

Recruit & Inspire: Find, engage, and onboard passionate volunteers to grow our leadership councils.

Lead & Facilitate: Organize impactful council meetings and train volunteers to run them, ensuring a seamless and rewarding experience for members.

Support Nonprofits: Research, coordinate, and promote nonprofit partners selected by councils.

Drive Growth: Expand the program from 10 to 60+ councils across the U.S. by adding 500 or more new council members per year.

What We’re Looking For

A natural people-person who excels at relationship-building.

A persuasive communicator who can rally volunteers and get them excited to take action.

A highly organized multitasker who thrives in a fast-moving environment.

Someone with experience in volunteer or donor recruitment and a track record of achieving goals.

Why This Role Matters

Your leadership will directly impact how we mobilize giving across the country, creating lasting change in communities everywhere. If you’re ready to inspire action and drive a movement, let’s make an impact together!

Compensation & Growth Opportunities

We believe great work should be rewarded! As an entry-level leader at the Grateful Giving Foundation, you’ll receive:

Competitive Pay: Base salary plus performance-based compensation for meeting key recruitment and council growth goals. (Unlimited earning potential!)

Mission-Driven Work: Every hour you invest directly fuels community impact and nonprofit support.

Career Growth: As we expand from 10 to 60+ councils, you’ll have opportunities to take on leadership, shape strategy, and grow your role within the organization.

Flexibility: We offer remote-friendly work and adaptable hours to support work-life balance.

Professional Development: Gain hands-on experience in nonprofit leadership, community engagement, and volunteer management.
