Good Game Family (GGF) is looking for a dedicated Volunteer Recruitment Coordinator to help us identify top talent and grow our team! If you have an eye for great candidates and want to be part of a nonprofit gaming organization making an impact, this is the role for you!
What You’ll Do:
✔️ Review Applications – Screen and filter applicants for roles such as Community Manager, Social Media Manager, and other staff/volunteer positions.
✔️ Coordinate Interviews – Assist with scheduling and communicating with potential team members.
✔️ Engage with Candidates – Ensure applicants understand our mission, culture, and expectations.
✔️ Improve Hiring Processes – Help refine and streamline our volunteer recruitment efforts.
✔️ Collaborate with Leadership – Work with GGF’s leadership team to identify staffing needs.
✔️ Utilize Microsoft Teams & SharePoint – Assist with organizing applications and team communications.
What We’re Looking For:
✅ Recruiting or HR Experience – Prior experience in recruiting, HR, or talent acquisition is a plus.
✅ Strong Communication Skills – Ability to engage with candidates professionally and warmly.
✅ Organized & Detail-Oriented – Can manage multiple applications and coordinate interview schedules.
✅ Microsoft Teams & SharePoint Knowledge (Preferred) – Experience using these tools for team coordination is a plus.
✅ Passionate About Gaming & Esports – Understanding of gaming culture is a huge bonus!
✅ Team Player – Willing to collaborate and contribute to GGF’s mission.
