Enjoy making connections within the community? This could be the job for you! Full time. Weekday, daytime shifts. Partner with retail store managers to track open positions. Assist managers with strategies to fill open positions. Cultivate and build relationships with community organizations to explore potential employment opportunities. Travels to and participates in job fairs and/or hiring events.

Requirements
Excellent oral, written, organizational, and record-keeping skills
Operate applicant tracking systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and other basic office equipment
Physical Requirements
Ability to move independently or with reasonable accommodation within the facility and community.
Applicant must be physically and mentally able to perform all requirements of the job.

Experience
0-2 years
High School/Equivalent
Proven experience with recruitment, job development, workforce development, and/or job placement.
Experience relating to individuals at all levels
Proven interviewing, counseling, and customer service skills
Working knowledge of community resources and employers
