Mission Staffing’s Consulting & Temporary Division is continuing to grow, and we’re looking to add four experienced professionals to our team this summer.
We are seeking motivated and experienced individuals for the following opportunities:
Open Positions
Temporary Recruiter
- Recruit and place temporary and consulting professionals across a variety of industries and functional areas.
IT Recruiter
- Source, recruit, and place technology professionals across contract, consulting, and direct-hire engagements.
Business Development Professional
- Drive new client acquisition and build relationships with organizations seeking temporary, consulting, and direct-hire talent.
Permanent Placement Recruiter
- Focus on direct-hire recruitment supporting legal, accounting & finance, and office support positions.
- Partner with clients across the nonprofit, property management, and law firm sectors.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from business development and client management through candidate placement.
This is an opportunity to join a high-growth division within an established staffing firm, working alongside a collaborative team in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Location
New York City (4 days per week onsite)
Schedule
Monday – Thursday 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Friday – 9:00AM – 5:00PM

- Previous agency recruiting, staffing, or business development experience
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and networking skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to build and grow a business
- Leadership or management experience preferred for senior-level opportunities
