Location: Saint Paul, MN

Compensation: $55,000-$70,000

What You’ll Do:

·        Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and create strategic recruitment plans.

·        Source candidates through a variety of channels—social media, job boards, career fairs, and community partnerships.

·        Review applications, conduct initial interviews, and guide candidates through the hiring journey.

·        Coordinate interviews and ensure a seamless and positive experience for both candidates and hiring teams.

·        Manage applicant tracking systems, monitor recruitment metrics, and maintain accurate records.

·        Build talent pipelines through relationships with colleges, employment agencies, and local organizations.

·        Provide coaching to hiring managers on interview best practices and selection processes.

·        Ensure hiring practices align with employment laws and company policies.

·        Support onboarding efforts including background checks, new hire paperwork, and orientation.

·        Collaborate with HR and leadership to strengthen our employer brand and promote career opportunities.

What You Bring:

·        5+ years of experience in HR with a focus on recruitment and talent acquisition.

·        Strong understanding of sourcing strategies, interview techniques, and hiring trends.

·        Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build lasting relationships.

·        Ability to manage multiple requisitions while staying organized and detail-oriented.

·        Proficiency with ATS, HRIS platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite.

·        Knowledge of employment law and hiring compliance standards.

·        Discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information.

Preferred:

·        Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

·        Experience recruiting in healthcare, senior living, or nonprofit environments.

·        Familiarity with employer branding and workforce development strategies.
