A nonprofit company in the Roxbury area of Boston looking to hire a Recruiter on a permanent basis.
The person in this position will focus on filling high-volume positions (10+ roles each week) and manage a req load of between 15 – 25 reqs at a time. This person will help to build recruiting strategies and procedures across the organization.

2+ years of high-volume recruiting experience
