Your role will be vital in that you will aid in the placement of staff for specific deployments, work opportunities, and implement deployment experience surveys.

A day in the life of a Readiness Coordinator:

In the role ofReadiness Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to:

Maintain your personal relationship with Jesus Christ and be an effective witness for Him.

Support the management of the Disaster Assistance Response Team (DART) roster database both during and outside of a response.

Serve on the Incident Management Team (IMT) and recommend Disaster Assistance Response Team (DART) Staff for appropriate deployment opportunities, based on skill and ability.

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned Disaster Assistance Response Team (DART) members to answer inquiries, provide regularcommunicationon responses and new initiatives, and ensure members are actively engaged and ready to respond at a moment’s notice.

Work in partnership with management to review staff performance on deployment and work with Disaster Assistance Response Team (DART) members to identify areas of growth.

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelors Degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school.

One to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination ofeducationand experience.

Working knowledge of database/call center management.

Working knowledge in Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Office Suite.

General knowledge of customer service, ability to be courteous and provide great employee experience through phone and email.

12 credit hours of college-level Biblical Studies preferred.

Travel Expectations:This position requires infrequent travel, less than 5%.
