Vincere Cancer Center is seeking a full-time Radiology Scheduler to join our growing team. You’ll play a key role in coordinating patient care by scheduling radiology exams, verifying insurance, and ensuring a smooth patient experience. We’re looking for someone with excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and a strong understanding of medical terminology and radiology procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
Schedule, confirm, and reschedule radiology appointments
Verify insurance and collect co-pays
Handle patient check-in/check-out and assist with forms
Communicate clearly with patients, providers, and imaging centers
Maintain accurate records in our EHR (AdvancedMD)
Ensure compliance with HIPAA and other regulations
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent required
1+ year of medical office or call center experience preferred
Radiology or medical office experience a plus
Strong multitasking and communication skills
