Honeycomb Development Co. is hiring a full-time Promotional Marketing Associate in the Friendswood area to help nationally recognized 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations bring their campaigns into the Houston community through events, promotions, and personalized engagement.
As a Promotional Marketing Associate, you’ll help turn nonprofit messaging into experiences that capture attention and build brand awareness. From preparing promotional displays to engaging event attendees, every Promotional Marketing Associate gains hands-on experience with marketing, communication, and brand representation while supporting campaigns with a meaningful purpose.
Responsibilities of the Promotional Marketing Associate
- Help bring each nonprofit brand to life through community events and promotional campaigns.
- Prepare event materials and displays that create a professional, consistent brand presence.
- Collaborate with other Promotional Marketing Associate team members to keep events organized and engaging.
- Start conversations with attendees that increase brand awareness and community interest.
- Share nonprofit initiatives and campaign messaging in an engaging, approachable way.
- Support promotional strategies designed to introduce the brand to new audiences.
- Observe audience reactions and share feedback that helps strengthen future brand campaigns.
- Continue developing as a Promotional Marketing Associate through hands-on marketing and brand experience.
Qualifications of the Promotional Marketing Associate
- Creative, outgoing, and comfortable interacting with people.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with different audiences.
- Team-oriented with the energy to succeed in fast-paced event environments.
- Interest in marketing, communications, events, nonprofit outreach, or brand development.
- Customer service, hospitality, retail, promotions, or event experience is helpful but not required.
- Full-time availability and the ability to work onsite throughout the greater Houston area.
- Motivated to learn and grow professionally as a Promotional Marketing Associate.
