Omega CRM Consulting is looking for a Project Manager – Multi-Market Service Rolloutthat would like to collaborate with one of the top global pharmaceutical companies.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage comprehensive project plans for multi-market service deployment
Develop detailed project charter with clearly defined objectives, scope, and success criteria
Schedule meetings with cross-functional teams across marketing, operations, technical, and regional departments
Capture comprehensive meeting minutes with clear decision points and discussion summaries
Establish and maintain master project schedule
Design phased implementation timeline with market-specific milestones and dependencies
Identify and mitigate risks through proactive planning and contingency strategies
Facilitate communication between stakeholders, executive leadership, and regional teams
Maintain centralized action item tracker with assigned owners, due dates, and priority levels
Develop tailored communication plans for each market stakeholder group
Qualifications
5+ years of project management experience, preferably in multi-market rollouts
PMP certification or equivalent project management qualification preferred
Experience in Pharmaceutical sector
Knowledge of the procedures and regulations governing the approval of materials in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus
Demonstrated experience managing complex, cross-functional initiatives
Strong understanding of change management principles
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience with project management tools and methodologies
Ability to influence without direct authority
Adaptable problem-solving approach with attention to detail
