About the Role

- Commit to weekly 90-minute company meetings (PST): Monday & Friday @10am
- Commit to weekly 60-minute meetings (PST): Monday @3:00pm Operations Team Standup, Tuesday 12:00pm Project Manager Sync, Tuesday @1:00pm Operations Alignment Sync
Description
- Plan, coordinate, and execute projects from initiation through completion, ensuring scope, timelines, and deliverables are met
- Serve as the primary liaison between cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and leadership to ensure alignment and accountability
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, task assignments, and documentation
- Track project progress using KPIs and performance metrics, identifying risks, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement
- Facilitate project meetings, status updates, and retrospective reviews
- Support process improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies and recommending solutions
- Ensure projects adhere to organization standards, compliance requirements, and best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering or related fields (or currently pursuing)
- Demonstrated interest or experience in project management, operations, or consulting
- Strong organization and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace, including strong spreadsheet skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
