Core
Duties
Strategic Direction & Implementation Lead
collaborative
projects across teams, maintaining focus on the organization’s objectives and deadlines.
Establish adaptable systems to simplify the rollout of new policies, projects, and campaigns.
Produce resources, guidelines, and standardized methods to enhance team efficiency and uniformity.
Efficiency & Growth Management Evaluate mission-critical and financial data to uncover patterns, operational gaps, and areas for expansion.
Build visual tracking tools and performance reports to measure initiative results, donor involvement, and
financial compliance

Propose enhancements to workflows and budget-friendly solutions while maintaining mission integrity.
Partnership & Engagement Work closely with
leadership
, donors, and external partners to synchronize objectives and deliver high-value projects.
Facilitate seamless
communication
between staff and executives to maintain transparency and shared vision.
Transform complex data into clear, persuasive updates for stakeholders to drive mission-aligned decisions.
Initiative Design & Assessment Identify gaps in community services to customize outreach and program delivery.
Gauge initiative effectiveness using mixed-method evaluations, adjusting approaches for broader equity and engagement.
Provide teams with unified resources to evaluate and document their impact.
Qualifications5+ years in
project management
, business analysis, or operational
leadership
(non-profit experience a plus).Proven ability to
lead cross-functional teams
, manage complex projects, and drive organizational change.
Strong background in fundraising, outreach, or community program development.
Analytical mindset with expertise in
data-driven decision-making
and performance metrics.
Entrepreneurial spirit
—comfortable taking initiative, solving problems, and adapting to evolving priorities.
Exceptional

Proficiency in technology and software tools for
