Finance Manager
We are currently looking to hire an experience professional candidates as Finance Manager
Job Description
Responsibilities:
1. Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
• Develop financial forecasts, budgets, and long-term financial plans.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Provide insights to support business growth and profitability.
2. Cash Flow Management
• Monitor cash flow to ensure liquidity for operations and investments.
• Optimize working capital (accounts receivable, accounts payable, inventory).
• Manage debt and financing strategies.
3. Financial Reporting & Compliance
• Prepare accurate financial statements (income statement, balance sheet, cash flow statement).
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards (GAAP, IFRS) and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with auditors for internal and external audits.
4. Investment & Capital Management
• Evaluate investment opportunities (capital budgeting, ROI analysis).
• Manage mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures.
• Assess risks and returns for portfolio management.
5. Risk Management
• Identify financial risks (market, credit, operational) and develop mitigation strategies.
• Implement internal controls to prevent fraud and financial mismanagement.
• Oversee insurance and hedging strategies.
6. Cost Control & Profitability Optimization
• Analyze cost structures and recommend cost-saving measures.
• Conduct variance analysis (actual vs. budget) and take corrective actions.
• Improve operational efficiency to maximize profitability.
7. Strategic Decision Support
• Advise senior management on financial implications of business decisions.
• Participate in strategic planning (expansion, diversification, pricing strategies).
• Provide financial modeling for scenario analysis.
8. Stakeholder Communication
• Present financial reports to executives, board members, and investors.
• Liaise with banks, investors, and regulatory authorities.
• Ensure transparency in financial disclosures.
9. Tax Planning & Compliance
• Develop tax strategies to minimize liabilities while ensuring compliance.
• Oversee tax filings and work with tax advisors.
• Stay updated on changing tax laws.
10. Team Leadership & Development
• Lead the finance and accounting team.
• Mentor staff and ensure professional development.
• Foster collaboration across departments (operations, sales, HR).
