A leading nonprofit is seeking a temporary-to-hire Project Coordinator to assist with editorial processes, document development, and administrative logistics, along with various project-based tasks. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, and thrives in a fast-paced environment, managing responsibilities such as document tracking, event coordination, and financial oversight. Candidates with prior experience in publishing, editorial coordination, or journalism in a healthcare-related setting are strongly encouraged to apply!
Key Responsibilities:
Support editorial and product management teams with administrative tasks.
Coordinate logistics and planning efforts, including agenda preparation, material distribution, and follow-up documentation.
Assist in planning and coordinating virtual and in-person meetings, including scheduling, reimbursements, and on-site support.
Develop, track, and finalize reports, manuscripts, and other documents to ensure timely completion and accuracy.
Manage and process copyright registrations, licensing requests, and permissions for publications and content.
Administer online learning platforms, build courses/evaluations, generate reports, and provide customer care support.
Monitor and manage project timelines, ensuring deadlines are met and effectively communicating status updates.
Prepare and review electronic proofs (PDFs) for internal review and production.
Oversee program financial tracking, including invoicing, processing expenses, and maintaining budget records.
Collaborate with the team to ensure program goals align with organizational objectives.

What We’re Looking For:
Project-minded. You have a Bachelor’s degree and at least one year of experience in project coordination, editorial support, or administrative roles, ideally within a nonprofit or healthcare setting.
Detail-oriented. You have excellent organizational skills and a keen eye for accuracy in managing documents, budgets, and correspondence.
Strong communicator. You possess outstanding written and verbal communication skills to engage with internal teams and external stakeholders effectively.
Adaptable. You can juggle multiple priorities, manage deadlines, and quickly adapt to evolving project needs.
Tech-savvy. You are proficient in Microsoft Office, and comfortable navigating online systems. Experience with website maintenance is a plus!
