Project Coordinator – Nutrition
Aagamya Foundation is implementing Nutri Shakti program which include (i) Meals program for school children and (ii) training program for nutritious food making for community women and young girls and boys for better career prospects, at its APG School in Kubernagar area. This is being done with support from WIN Foundation.
The project coordinator will coordinate all project operations. She / He will do so by proactively consulting Aagamya Foundation and WIN Foundation, teachers, students, parents etc.
The Project Coordinator will report to the Aagamya Foundation CEO and WIN Foundation Senior Project Associate.
The location of the role will be at APG School in Kubernagar.
Roles and Responsibilities.
1. Community Engagement, enrolment, awareness: Promote the Nutri Shakti Program through school events, community events, workshops, and other campaigns including digital campaigns. Promote the Nutri Shakti program among school children and teachers to get their support. Engage women and others from low-income community’s women, get interest to participate and get their admission forms to join the program. Conduct Nutri Shakti awareness sessions, including few practical sessions among Students and Teachers.
2. Training Program: Coordinate training and practical sessions for women and young school dropouts in nutrition and business, as per schedule, monitor attendance of students and visiting faculty, provide support to students, with help of Aagamya and WIN Foundation.
3. Meals Program: Monitor breakfast and lunch delivery and quality in timely manner to students.
4. Health Checkup Program: Coordinate the student health monitoring program with School, UHC, Teachers, Students and parents, and report results of health monitoring program.
5. Monitoring, Evaluation, & Reporting: Track program progress, ensuring key performance indicators are met. Prepare and present reports on program impact, success stories, and challenges.
Qualifications and Experience
Strong aptitude to work in school environment, and in food related project highly desirable.
in any discipline desired, but those with 12 standard with good marks will be considered.
Good communication skills in Hindi and Gujarati, required. Written communication skills in English required.
Any experience in food industry will be added qualification.
Knowledge of word, excel, internet, email and preferably also power point highly desirable.

Based on qualification and experience.
