Health in Climate AI (HiC) is a nonprofit advancing AI-powered innovation at the

intersection of climate and health at the speed of AI. We develop tools, frameworks, and partnerships that

are focused on discovering, building and scaling solutions that address the health impacts of climate

change — spanning clinical care, resilience, and financial risk.

Role Description

We're looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Project Manager to coordinate operations

across HiC's growing portfolio of initiatives. This is an ideal role for a recent college

graduate passionate about climate, health, or technology. Hours typically range from

5–10 per week depending on active workstreams. You don't need a background in

medicine or AI — you need exceptional organizational instincts, strong follow-through,

and genuine enthusiasm for the mission.

Qualifications

  • Project management and coordinating skills, including timeline tracking and organizational capabilities
  • Experience with communication tools and fostering collaboration within diverse teams
  • Analytical skills for compiling reports and handling data in an accurate way
  • Interpersonal and team management skills to build relationships with stakeholders
  • Proficiency with relevant software tools such as productivity suites (e.g., MS Office, project management tools)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for succinct reporting and clear information sharing
  • Familiarity with climate change and health challenges is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in project management, environmental science, public health, or a related field is preferred
