Pay Rate: £20-23ph .
Duration: 3–6 months, with potential for extension

Key Responsibilities
As a Project Co-ordinator, you will:
Support the planning, coordination, and delivery of key projects within the social housing sector.
Work closely with project managers, stakeholders, and contractors to ensure project milestones are met.
Assist with budget tracking, reporting, and administrative tasks to keep projects on schedule.
Maintain and update project documentation, records, and compliance reports.
Coordinate meetings, agendas, and follow-ups, ensuring
effective communication
across teams.
Help monitor risk management, performance tracking, and service improvements.
Requirements
Experience:
Previous experience in
project coordination
, administration, or support within social housing, local government, or public sector organisations.
Knowledge:
Familiarity with housing projects, compliance, and contract management.
Skills:
Strong organisation, time management, and
problem-solving skills
.
IT Proficiency:
Comfortable using Microsoft Office,
project management
tools (e.g., MS Project, Trello, Asana), and housing management systems (e.g., Northgate, Civica).
Attributes: A proactive and adaptable approach, with excellent
communication
and stakeholder management skills.
