Programs Director
Legal Services of North Florida, a non-profit law firm with 130+ employees across eight offices in North Florida, is seeking a Programs Director. The organization provides civil legal justice to low-income and vulnerable populations across a sixteen-county service area, covering areas such as family law, disaster recovery, benefit protection, home preservation, domestic violence, and victims’ rights.
The Programs Director will work both independently and collaboratively to expand LSNF’s services, develop programs, and secure grants focused on client needs and community engagement. The position can be based in Tallahassee, Panama City, or Quincy.
Key responsibilities include developing new programs through grants, building relationships with community partners, grant writing, and overseeing program deliverables. The role supervises staff including grant managers, a data analyst, and a technology staff member, and collaborates with the Executive Director, Chief Administrative Officer, and Managing Attorneys.
Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in non-profit management, business administration, project management, or related fields. Candidates should have at least ten years of professional experience, including three years of supervision. Preference is given to those with non-profit, community engagement, volunteerism, or legal experience.
The salary is negotiable, with candidates having ten or more years of experience earning approximately $90,000 or higher. Benefits include paid time off, fully paid health insurance for employees and dependents, employer-paid life insurance, a 6% retirement contribution after one year, voluntary insurance options, and flexible work arrangements after six months.
