Programmes & Outreach Manager
Key Responsibilities:
Programme Development:
Design and execute public, educational and outreach programmes that align with the institution’s mission, ensuring they are engaging and informative for
diverse
audiences.
Event Management:
Organise and oversee a variety of events, including workshops, seminars, and exhibitions, ensuring smooth execution and positive participant experiences.
Volunteer Coordination:
Assist in recruiting, training, and coordinating volunteers to support various programmes and events, ensuring smooth operations.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Collaborate with external partners, community groups, and educational institutions to enhance programme reach and impact.
Administrative Support:
Manage administrative tasks related to programme planning and execution, including data management and reporting.
Others:
Perform any other task as assigned by the institution’s head
Qualifications:
Educational background: A degree in History, Humanities,
Education
or equivalent.
Experience:
At least 3 years proven experience in programme development, event management, or community outreach, preferably within the heritage or cultural sector.
Skills:
Strong organisational and
project management
abilities.
Excellent
communication
and interpersonal skills.
Language proficiency:
Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
