Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Programmer Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing software solutions that meet business needs. This role requires a strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) principles and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. The Programmer Analyst will also play a key role in enhancing system security and performance through various assessments and management strategies.
Job Duties
Analyze user requirements and develop specifications for software applications.
Design, code, test, and implement software solutions using technologies such as MySQL, React Express, and Simulink.
Participate in all phases of the software development life cycle (SDLC) to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Conduct vulnerability assessments and manage vulnerabilities to enhance cloud security.
Implement system hardening techniques to protect against potential threats.
Utilize threat intelligence to identify and mitigate risks associated with software applications.
Develop microservices architecture to improve application scalability and maintainability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new features into existing systems.
Document technical specifications and maintain up-to-date documentation for all projects.
Job Requirements
3+ Years of proven experience in programming with languages such as JavaScript, Python, or similar languages.
Familiarity with database management systems, particularly MySQL.
Experience with cloud security practices and vulnerability management.
Knowledge of microservices architecture and system hardening techniques is preferred.
Understanding of threat intelligence processes and their application in software development.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Excellent communication skills to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
