Your Role in Our Mission

The Program Supervisor oversees person-centered services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, ensuring high-quality supports that promote safety, autonomy, and meaningful engagement. This role provides direct supervision to direct care staff, ensures compliance with state, federal, and agency standards, and supports the development and implementation of individualized service plans. The Program Supervisor fosters a positive team culture grounded in Easterseals PORT Health values of Accountability, Commitment, and Caring.

Work Schedule: Varies – Days, minimal overnights as needed

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree from a USDOE- or CHEA-accredited institution required.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience working with individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities.
  • Meets qualifications for Qualified Professional (QP).
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and ability to learn agency-specific systems.
  • Ability to travel between program sites as needed.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
  • Valid, unrestricted North Carolina driver’s license; reliable transportation; and current vehicle insurance.
