Role Description
Pupcycled is seeking a dedicated and self-motivated Program Manager to help coordinate and grow our chapter program. This is an unpaid, remote role ideal for high school or college students who are proactive, reliable, and passionate about making a difference. With 11 chapters currently operating worldwide, we’re looking for someone eager to take initiative and help strengthen this global network.
The Program Manager will take the lead on supporting chapter leaders, managing communications, and helping implement new outreach and engagement strategies. We’re especially interested in candidates who are excited about growing with our organization over time—this role offers the opportunity to build lasting leadership experience in a mission-driven nonprofit.
Qualifications
Demonstrated leadership ability, especially in student or volunteer settings
Excellent organizational and project management skills
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
Attention to detail and ability to multitask
Passion for sustainability, animal welfare, and community impact
Self-starter who can work independently and remotely
Willingness to commit to the role for at least six months is strongly preferred
