Position – Project Manager (
Education
Vertical)
Experience – 2 to 3 years experience
Location – Gurugram
Key Responsibilities
Project Support:
Assist in planning, implementing, and evaluating projects and programs.
Research and Analysis:
Conduct research, gather data, and analyze information relevant to our projects and initiatives. The research may also be done for preparing proposals, grant applications, etc.
Documentation and Reporting:
Prepare and maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation related to project activities, budgets, and outcomes.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Engage with stakeholders including beneficiaries, partners, and government agencies to facilitate
collaboration
and
communication
.
Capacity Building:
Support in organizing training sessions, workshops, and capacity-building activities for staff, volunteers, and community members.
Advocacy
and
Communication
:
Contribute to
advocacy
campaigns, public awareness initiatives, and
communication
strategies to promote the NGO’s mission and raise awareness about key issues.
Administrative Support:
Provide administrative support such as scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and maintaining office systems and procedures.
Candidate Requirements
Minimum 2 Year of experience in the social sector/
project management
Fluency in English- writing and speaking (knowing any of the mentioned regional languages – Kannada/Tamil/Marathi would be an added advantage)
Qualification:
Post-Graduation degree in Social Sciences
Proficiency in MS Suite
Excellent
communication skills
, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey ideas clearly and effectively.
Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
