Key Responsibilities
Build and Strengthen Partnerships
Engage with CSR heads, policymakers to develop and nurture long-term collaborations with Government bodies, Public Sector Units (PSUs), Corporates, NGOs, Trusts, Research Institutes, and Healthcare Institutions.
Drive CSR Strategy & Execution
Identify and structure CSR projects and grants aligned with Sanjeevani’s mission.
Develop compelling proposals and ensure compliance with CSR regulations and grant requirements.
Engage Multiple Stakeholders
Liaise with government officials, corporates, philanthropists, healthcare professionals, and media to advocate for free pediatric and maternal healthcare.
Represent Sanjeevani at CSR forums, healthcare conferences, and policy discussions.
Institutionalize the “Sanjeevani Culture”
Lead cross-functional teams to drive mission-focused operations.
Foster a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and service.

Skills & Qualifications
✔ Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in Management, Public Health, Social Work, Healthcare Administration, Finance, Public Policy, or related fields.
✔ 3+ years of experience in CSR, partnerships, fundraising, healthcare operations, or nonprofit management.
✔ Strong relationship-building skills with government agencies, corporates, and NGOs.
✔ Experience in CSR compliance, grant writing, and impact reporting.
✔ Passion for healthcare access, social innovation, and sustainable impact.
