Job Description:

Project Genesis seeks a Program Manager to support adults with Acquired Brain Injury in Central Connecticut (prospective applicant could be ideally located in Hartford, Windham or Tolland). This position requires working at Project Genesis’s Main Office in Willimantic at least twice a week. Other days require traveling to various locations to fulfill the Program Manager’s responsibilities and/or will be remote. Travel can be up to 50%.

Responsibilities include case management, program coordination, hiring, supervision, retention, scheduling, billing, reporting and implementing behavior plans. The position is responsible to maintain professional relationships with all stakeholders and ensure documentation meets standards set by federal, state and local guidelines.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or a related field.

2 years supervisory experience

2 years’ experience working with disabilities.

Reliable transportation, good driving record, valid driver’s license and proof of insurance

Salary: $59,000-$62,000 annual
