Pure Life Alliance (PLA), a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting men and women affected by
problematic sexual behaviors, is seeking a visionary and organized Programs Manager to lead the development,
implementation, and growth of our programs. This role will ensure that our mission is realized through strategic
planning, group leader development, and effective program management. Reporting directly to the Executive
Director, the Programs Manager will free up the Executive Director to focus on public-facing efforts such as
marketing and donor development, while ensuring the smooth and impactful operation of PLA’s programs.
Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership: Set the vision, direction, and strategic growth for PLA programs, including annual planning, events, and virtual/in-person group structures.
Program Development: Collaborate on program guidelines, pilot virtual groups, expand locations, and introduce marriage group initiatives.
Leader Support: Nurture, train, and develop a leadership pipeline for volunteer group leaders while utilizing updated mentor manuals and online resources.
Partnerships & Marketing: Work with the Executive Director to implement marketing strategies, engage donors, and foster partnerships to support program needs.
Event & Outcome Management: Strategize impactful use of the annual Xposed Event and build systems to track and report program outcomes aligned with organizational goals.
Qualifications
Effective Communication: Exceptional ability to engage diverse audiences, including men and women, with strong listening skills.
Tech Proficiency: Skilled in researching and implementing technological systems to enhance operations.
Strategic Planning: Proven expertise in setting and executing long-term goals with strategic precision.
Program & Volunteer Management: Experienced in nonprofit or program leadership, including recruiting, training, and supporting volunteers.
Nonprofit Leadership: Strong understanding of volunteer-driven organizations and program management.
Preferred Qualifications
Nonprofit & Faith-Based Experience: Familiarity with nonprofit management, faith-based organizations, or working with individuals impacted by addiction or trauma.
Virtual Programming: Experience in developing and managing virtual programs and strategies.
Marketing & Engagement: Proficient in sales funnel strategies, audience engagement, and aligning marketing efforts with nonprofit goals.
