We are currently seeking a Program Manager to lead and oversee key initiatives that align with our mission.
As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating community-focused programs. You will collaborate with stakeholders, community leaders, and partner organizations to ensure program success while maintaining compliance with grant requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage community programs in alignment with BHALO INC.’s mission and strategic goals.
Coordinate with funders, community partners, and local government agencies to foster strong relationships.
Monitor program performance, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with funding requirements.
Lead outreach efforts and engage community members through events, workshops, and initiatives.
Prepare reports and presentations for leadership, funders, and other stakeholders.
Supervise program staff and volunteers, providing mentorship and professional development.
Attend mandatory training and meetings as required.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Nonprofit Management, Social Work, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in program management, nonprofit leadership, or community development.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Experience working with diverse communities and building partnerships.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data management tools.
Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.
