The Program Manager role oversees the provision of case management, supported accommodation and mobile support for community members experiencing homelessness or at risk of homelessness in the Gold Coast region. They will strategically develop, manage and lead person-centred service delivery, operations, and staff and ensure service delivery and operational management is aligned with national and state strategic plans, and the National Homelessness Stream Model of Care.
About
The Role
We are seeking a dedicatedProgram Managerfor ourGold Coast Homelessness Servicesin a permanent full-time capacity. This position is based in Still Waters, Ashmore City, QLD.
Salary and conditions are in accordance with the SCHADS Social and Community Award Level 7.
Key Responsibilities
Work to embed the National Homelessness Stream Model of Care in your team, which underpins homelessness services across the country and defines expectations and standards for those we serve, our partners and allies, and the Australian community.
Ensure services areinclusive, accessible and responsive for ourdiverseclients.
Manage client complaints process, including oversight of incidents, complaints & feedback, and management of complex or referred issues/incidents.
Ensure recruitment, line management & supervision of Case managers.
Resolution and management of workforce issues such as performance management, conduct or disciplinary issues.
Lead and drive local and growth strategy in consultation with Regional Manager.
Evaluation of service delivery through collection and analysis of service delivery data and feedback.
Building, maintaining and evaluatingcollaborativerelationships with external and internal partners.
About You
Degree qualification in social work, welfare, community development or related fieldORdemonstrated high level of sector knowledge and skills attained through previous appointments, service and study/development.
Relevant experience in a social service environment including in leading and supervising staff.
A Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check.
A current and valid Working with Children’s Check.
