2. About the Opportunity: The Program Manager will oversee the lifecycle of strategic programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. This role is responsible for translating strategic objectives into actionable initiatives, tracking progress, managing risks, and supporting high-priority projects. The position plays a key role in fostering collaboration among leadership and cross-functional teams to advance program goals.
3. Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end program lifecycles including design, operational support, and outcome measurement for the Infusion program.
- Partner with leadership and cross-functional departments to translate strategic objectives into scopes, timelines, and integrated initiatives.
- Monitor project performance, manage risks, and report progress to ensure success of high-priority initiatives.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior leaders and stakeholders, demonstrating executive presence and fostering collaboration.
- Develop, review, and present executive-level deliverables and continuously improve operational processes.
4. Requirements:
- High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of experience OR Associate’s/Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of experience OR 7 years of relevant job experience.
- Preferred 3 years of leadership or management experience.
5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:
- Salary range: $87,463.20 to $121,918.37 per year.
