Mafia’s Climate Ninja Program is on a mission to create 1 million climate hires by 2030 (yes, we know that’s huge) —and we need a visionary leader to take this program to new heights.
What’s the role? As Program Manager, you’ll own this initiative end-to-end, scaling its reach, creating partnerships, fostering a thriving community, and making it the ultimate pathway for youth breaking into climate-tech careers.
Key Responsibilities:
– Scale the Climate Ninja Program into a global force for climate hiring.
– Lead and grow student chapters and foster internship/employment opportunities.
– Build partnerships, refine processes, and drive measurable impact.
What We’re Looking For:
– Proven program management experience (4+ years preferred).

Leadership
skills,
entrepreneurial
mindset, and passion for climate action.
– Hustler mentality with a data-driven and results-focused approach.
Location:
Remote (preferred: Bangalore/Delhi/Mumbai).
Start Date:
Immediate (by February 2025).
