Program Manager Jobs in Columbus, Ohio, USA at Women’s Small Business Accelerator (WSBA)
Position Summary: The WSBA is a community-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit, membership and programming organization. The Program Manager will play a key role in community outreach, representing WSBA at networking events, community expos, and WSBA-hosted programs. This position is responsible for driving successful outcomes for all current and future WSBA programs, including recruitment, participant engagement, and program oversight. The Program Manager collaborates with the WSBA President/CEO, volunteers, and Program Committee Chair to support membership and program growth and effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
Partners with the WSBA Marketing Committee to set annual program goals and establish the programming calendar, including key dates and timelines.
Networking / attending community organizations for participant outreach.
Manage and maintain the WSBA program participant database. Conduct semi-annual check-ins with past participants and oversee the annual Alumni Survey for inclusion in the WSBA Impact Report.
Work with Program Committee members to secure qualified facilitators, instructors, and mentors.
Conduct interviews with prospective participants using WSBA program avatars to ensure appropriate program placement.
Follows up with instructors and facilitators to ensure they track attendance and meet attendance requirements as identified in their instructor and facilitator contracts.
Follows up with program attendees and instructors/facilitators to encourage participant engagement and program completion.
Maintain ongoing communication with program participants, facilitators, instructors, and mentors to gather feedback and improve programs and their outcomes continuously.
Outcomes:
Works with Instructors and Facilitators to achieve the following outcomes:
95% program recruitment vs. goal (enrollment).
90% graduation from all programming (enrollment).
85% program participants homework and outcomes.
80% attendance at Program and Marketing Committee meetings.
