Job Summary:
The Program Management Officer is responsible for supporting the end-to-end management of Foundation programs, including program planning, development, implementation, monitoring, evaluation, and continuous improvement. The role ensures that programs are effectively delivered, aligned with organizational objectives, and generate meaningful outcomes for beneficiaries and stakeholders.
While the current assignment is within the Scholarships Department, the position may be assigned to other Foundation programs and initiatives in the future based on organizational priorities.
The Officer collaborates with internal teams, educational institutions, government agencies, industry partners, service providers, and beneficiaries to ensure successful program execution, stakeholder engagement, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Program Planning, Development, and Improvement
- Support the development, enhancement, and implementation of Foundation programs and initiatives.
- Review and improve existing program frameworks, policies, processes, and participant journeys.
- Assist in designing program structures that align with organizational goals, beneficiary needs, and industry requirements.
- Conduct research and benchmarking to identify best practices and opportunities for innovation.
- Support the development of implementation plans, workstreams, and program timelines.
Program Implementation and Operations
- Coordinate day-to-day program activities to ensure timely and effective execution.
- Monitor program milestones, deliverables, and implementation schedules.
- Ensure compliance with program guidelines, policies, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to address operational requirements and implementation challenges.
- Support logistics, orientations, workshops, events, and program-related activities.
Monitoring, Evaluation, and Continuous Improvement
- Track program performance against established goals, targets, and key performance indicators.
- Gather, consolidate, and analyze program data and participant feedback.
- Support program evaluations and impact assessments.
- Identify improvement opportunities and recommend enhancements to program design and delivery.
- Prepare program insights and recommendations to improve effectiveness and participant outcomes.
Stakeholder and Partnership Management
- Coordinate with educational institutions, government agencies, industry partners, community organizations, and other stakeholders.
- Assist in maintaining productive relationships that support program implementation and sustainability.
- Support partnership meetings, communications, and collaborative initiatives.
- Serve as a point of contact for assigned stakeholders and beneficiaries.
Documentation, Reporting, and Governance
- Maintain organized and accurate program records, databases, and documentation.
- Prepare reports, presentations, dashboards, and implementation updates.
- Ensure timely submission of program requirements and reports.
- Support audit, compliance, and governance requirements as needed.
Scholarship Program Management (Current Assignment)
- Support the implementation and continuous improvement of scholarship and educator development programs.
- Coordinate scholar recruitment, screening, on-boarding, enrollment, and engagement activities.
- Monitor scholar participation, academic progress, completion rates, and program outcomes.
- Coordinate with partner institutions and training providers to support scholar success.
- Assist in managing scholar communications, feedback collection, and retention initiatives.
- Support the implementation of certificate and professional development programs under the Scholarships portfolio.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in any field.
- At least 2–4 years of experience in program management, program development, project management, education programs, partnerships, community development, or nonprofit operations.
- Experience in scholarships, education, learning and development, workforce development, or social impact programs is an advantage.
