Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Programme Executive located in Bukit Batok. The Programme Executive (CREST) plays a supportive role providing the daily administrative and operational support to the team, contributing to the
purpose
of CREST service development and implementation. You are responsible for organizing the logistics and/or resources to ensure the smooth running of CREST services.
You may also be involved in coordinating outreach events and activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative and logistical support in running client-related and/or other CREST activities, including outreach events in
collaboration
with community partners.
Conduct client screenings, provide emotional support to clients, and promote mental health awareness.
Assist Social Workers in client monitoring, care support coordination, and follow-up.
Administer and ensure accuracy and compliance in data collection, documentation, and submit reports as required.
Plan and conduct home-based or centre-based cognitive stimulation activities for clients and caregivers.
Prepare resource materials for clients and caregivers.
Requirements:
Possess a diploma certification or relevant social service certification.
Non-diploma holders with social service experience will be considered.
Conversant in English; the ability to speak dialect or Malay will be a bonus.
Good
communication
and interpersonal skills.
Passionate about working in the mental health sector and community service sector.
Outgoing and sociable personality with a keen interest in working with people on a one-to-one basis or in centre-based group activities.
A well-organized, meticulous team player who can also work independently.
