SUMMARY:
The Program Director is responsible for the overall management and operation of programs in Modesto which encourages unhoused participants, both volunteers (called Team Members) and workforce employees (called Participant Employees) to clean up throughout their community. Clean up shifts are deployed up to seven days per week in a variety of settings including business corridors, waterways, encampments and other blighted areas.
Participants receive case management and employment services to reduce barriers to self-sufficiency.
