Duties Will Include:Coordinate and manage various programs, including managing program plans, budgets, timelines, and reports, and ensure that they are delivered within these parameters.Work with different teams and stakeholders to ensure programs are designed and delivered to meet program requirements.Establish and maintain effective communication channels to keep stakeholders informed of program progress, changes, and results.Monitor and evaluate program performance and recommend improvements where necessary.Conduct regular evaluations of program effectiveness and make recommendations for improvements.Coordinate program-related events, workshops, and meetings.Collect, analyze, and manage program-related data and maintain accurate records.Ensure data quality and accuracy, and develop data management policies and procedures.Manage our mentorship program, including recruiting, onboarding, and managing mentors and mentees.Use Salesforce to manage program-related data and reporting.Utilize Google Suite, Slack and Getresponse to facilitate effective communication, collaboration, and task management across the program team.Perform other duties as assigned.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration, Public Administration, Social Sciences, or any other related field.2-4 years of experience in program coordination, preferably in a nonprofit organization.Results-oriented and possess strong communication skills.Creative, organized, and flexible multi-tasker.Experienced firsthand the value of community and is looking to bring this passion to the lives of youth.Ability to work independently and in a team environment.Proficiency in Google Suite, Slack, and Salesforce.Experience with data management, including data collection, analysis, and reporting.If you are a self-starter with excellent organizational, communication, and data management skills, and have a passion for coordinating programs that benefit youth, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.About Youth Design CenterYouth Design Center is the first nonprofit, youth-led creative agency and maker space in East Brooklyn.
