Program Coordinator Jobs in Hosur, India at Spark-A-Change Foundation
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES broadly include, but not limited to,
1) Program & Impact Management
a) Assist the management team to ideate, improve, build curriculum, formats, assessment
techniques for better impact evaluation and build collaborations for overall program
development
b) Manage student admissions, volunteer onboarding, orientation, training, feedback and
related documentation for programs per organisation requirements
2) Operations and Administration
a) Attend all review meetings and training organized by SAC.
b) Provide timely reports to management team around programs, educators, beneficiaries,
impact or any such
purpose
as required
SKILLS & COMPETENCIES
● Understanding of the
education
sector, beneficiary segment and key players
● Strong oral and written
communication skills
in English with a working knowledge of Hindi
● Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Power point, Canva with good report writing capabilities
● Team Player with ability to motivate and influence with strong work ethics and personal
integrity
● Passionate about working with children and making a change with strong implementation
skills and
positive attitude
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
● Minimum Graduate, preferably in
Education
/ Social Work / Fellows from TFI / Piramal /
TISS / similar institutes
● 2-3 years post qualification experience in similar roles, preferably in the FLN space
