Adult & Teen Challenge of Central Canada (ATCCC) is a Christ-centered, non-profit ministry focused on substance abuse treatment and recovery. Our mission is to offer a full range of addiction treatment and recovery services with compassion and excellence. At ATCCC, staffing positions are grounded in the identity of a bible-based ministry, rooted and founded on the Word of God. Understanding our Faith-Based Foundation and Commitment
This position requires a deep commitment to the Christian faith, its principles and practices. This position can expect to regularly be praying with other staff, clients and supporters. Participating in regular Bible studies and discipleship. Staff should actively seek to live out what we teach our clients and apply this faith in their personal and professional lives. Alignment with the Christian doctrines outlined on the ATCCC website is essential.

Position Overview
Serving the Programs to provide excellent leadership to the staff, clients and their families. This position assists in ensuring the program meets all accreditation standards.
