ABOUT THE POSITION
The Program Associate, Program Effectiveness will work closely with the Senior Manager, Programs Learning and Engagement to support the Foundation’s Nonprofit Sector Infrastructure (NPSI) strategy and Programs Learning and Engagement (L+E) body of work.
The Associate will provideproject managementsupport, work with a team to co-create and implement programming andproject managementtools, support grantmaking, and manage internal and external relationships.
Responsibilities include:
Conducting research
Coordinating convenings and events
Handling other duties as assigned
Compiling communications for a wide nonprofit audience
Managing customer service delivery to serve nonprofit partner inquiries
Facilitating data input and tracking initiatives for measurement and evaluation work
While the Associate’s time will be centered on supporting the NPSI work, the remaining time will aid in L+E’s efforts.
COMPENSATION
Position Budgeted: $50,000.00 to $53,000.00
