Position
Summary
RWJF is seeking a program associate to support the Foundation’s efforts to improve health equity for all in America. The program associate is a professional who will work with staff to align the institution-wide equity, diversity, and inclusion initiatives. Primary responsibilities *****
Assisting in the effective facilitation of health equity work.
Working with key experts, grantees, and applicants to develop strategies and action plans to fulfill the Foundation’s objectives in the equity, diversity, and inclusion space.
Assisting in designing and implementing new initiatives, evaluating projects, and monitoring programs and initiatives.
