Program Assistant – NDW (Music or Choreography)
Program Assistant – NDW (Music or Choreography)
We are looking for one Music Program Assistant and one Choreography Program Assistant to join the Natick Drama Workshop (NDW) team! These positions help plan and lead the music or choreography components of our winter and spring productions while working alongside staff, volunteers, and participants to create a fun, engaging, and successful theatre experience. Responsibilities include teaching music or choreography, assisting with rehearsals and performances, preparing materials, supporting program logistics, and helping create a positive environment for all participants.
Schedule: Saturdays 8-1 with additional hours as needed throughout the season including but not limited to evenings during tech week and show weekend.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of theatre production experience in music or choreography.
- Experience working with and supervising staff or volunteers preferred.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Has or will obtain CPR/FA certification.
Compensation
This position is Grade 2 of the Town’s Part-Time Pay Plan with an hourly range of $18.00 to $19.10 based upon qualifications and experience.
