Program Analyst (Law, Business & the US-EU Economy) Jobs in Boston, MA at The Mentor Group

Employer Description — The Mentor Group is a non-profit 501(c)(3) research institute for constitutional and political exchanges. From its inception in 1983 to today, Mentor has focused on promoting the principles of justice and rule of law, ensuring that our economy provides strong foundations of fairness and openness for participating members of a global community. Unique among public service organizations, we entered the 21st Century bringing together cross-Atlantic viewpoints and collaborative conversations with jurists, political representatives and military leaders concerning the evolution of European and American political economy and security relationship.

Continuing to strengthen our focus on the Forum for EU-US Legal-Economic Affairs and the Symposium on Statecraft, among other initiatives, we work with US and EU Supreme Court members, government officials, military leaders, scholars, diplomats and high-profile corporate officers specialized in US/EU economic and legal affairs from top multinationals. The Forum convenes two annual European conferences cutting across sectors, on issues such as competition policy; IP rights, data protection and privacy; cybersecurity; artificial intelligence; climate and sustainability; human rights; and corporate social responsibility, among other interests. Such exchanges help judiciaries to modernize legal reasoning that limits administrative power when it impairs the economy. Meanwhile, the annual Symposium, exploring the principles of the rule of law, builds global statecraft, aligning rule of law with national security for all concerned players in the market economy.
