About the Role:
The Community & Wellness Collective (C&WC) is seeking a highly organized, community-centered Professional Development & Mentorship Intern to lead the coordination of our group mentorship sessions and career talks. This role is ideal for someone passionate about career exposure, representation in mental health, and building student-professional connection pathways.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and coordinate monthly or quarterly group mentorship sessions
Recruit and schedule individual professionals across mental health, education, and wellness fields
Develop Q&A prompts, topics, and resource guides for each session
Track mentor participation, feedback, and engagement
Collaborate with the Social Media Intern to promote sessions and spotlight speakers
Assist the Founder in managing logistics and strategic planning
Contribute to program evaluations and continuous improvement
Attend team check-ins and provide input on related outreach or education efforts
