Job Overview
We are seeking dedicated and skilled Production Workers to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced on site foundation repair company. The ideal candidates will have a strong mechanical knowledge and experience in general labor tasks. This role involves working with various tools and equipment to ensure the efficient production of high-quality products.
Duties
Operate machinery and equipment to fabricate products according to specifications.
Assemble components using hand tools, power tools, and other equipment as required.
Perform quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet company standards.
Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
Follow all safety protocols and guidelines while operating machinery and handling materials.
Assist in the movement of materials within the warehouse as needed.
Requirements
Previous experience in manufacturing or similar environment is preferred.
Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot basic equipment issues.
Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and hydraulics.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while maintaining individual productivity.
Good physical stamina with the capability to stand for long periods and lift heavy weights.
Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing production needs.
Ability to work in a home’s crawl space. Tight spaces where often times we encounter spiders, bugs, lizards, and rodents.

Pay: $15.00 – $18.99 per hour
